Published links
Turn a link off when a client's subscription ends. It stops working straight away; turn it back on any time. An end date switches it off automatically.
Team
Site engineers upload the photos, team members build the tours, team leaders assign and check them, and only you and managers can publish.
Clients
Your customers. Give a client a sign-in name and password so they can see their tours, how long each subscription lasts, and their payments.
Billing
Monthly subscriptions per tour. Record each payment you receive. The client's link stays on until the paid-until date, then switches off by itself.

Open a property and choose Publish. You get a link like /t/client-name to send to your client. Manage every link under Published links.
